In a modest three storey home located in the beachside town in Nha Trang (central Vietnam), reside four young expectant mothers. With their pregnancies hidden from their families, they are given shelter. But in return they must care for the centre's 18 orphaned children. The home's owner, Tong Phuoc Phuc, has been praised by the country's Prime Minister for his work as an anti-abortionist and a saviour to 'fallen' women and their unwanted children. But there is a darker side to the home's media-savvy front. Referred to as a 'business' by the mothers and their local community, donations continue to pour in, despite evidence of child abuse and profiteering. In recent years, the Tongs' popularity has continued to grow, but the truth about children's treatment and conditions has not yet reached the wider community. This fly on the wall documentary follows one man's quest and the mothers who care for the orphaned and abused children of Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Ông Tống Phước Phúc điều hành một viện mồ côi ở thành phố Nha Trang, Việt Nam.
Ông Phúc tự tạo ấn tượng về mình như một vị cứu tinh của những phụ nữ bị lỡ lầm và những đứa con không mong muốn của họ bằng sự kêu gọi chống phá thai và từng được Thủ Tướng Việt Nam cùng báo chí khen ngợi về việc làm của ông. Điều này làm động lòng những doanh nhân, những mạnh thường quân và những vị hảo tâm trong và ngoài nước hưởng ứng và  đóng góp tiền bạc cũng như thực phẩm cho viện mồ côi này.

Có 4 người phụ nữ trẻ đang mang thai  ngoài ý muốn đến tá túc và đuợc ông hứa hẹn cung cấp chỗ ăn ở và sự chăm sóc cho đến ngày sinh nở. Sau  đó họ được tự do để tiếp tục cuộc sống của mình, mang theo hoặc để lại đứa con của họ cho viện mồ côi. Để được chỗ ăn ở, những phụ nữ này phải đảm nhiệm tất cả sự chăm sóc 18 trẻ mồ côi cả ngày lẫn đêm mà không được trả thù lao. Những cư dân sống gần viện mồ côi đã kể lại chính họ được mắt thấy tai nghe trẻ mồ côi bị ông Phúc và những phụ nữ này bạc đãi và hành hạ . Họ cho rằng đây chỉ là sự kinh doanh dựa vào trẻ mồ côi để khích động lòng từ tâm của mọi người, nhiều tài sản cá nhân của ông cũng gia tăng đáng kể .
Trong những năm gần đây, danh tiếng ông Phúc càng lớn thêm trong khi sự ngược đãi và hành hạ trẻ mồ côi chỉ đuợc một thiểu số nguời biết đến .

Nadmorska miejscowości Nha Trang w Wietnamie. W skromnym, trzypiętrowym domu mieści się sierociniec dla osiemnaściorga dzieci. Schronienie znalazły tu również młode, bezdomne i ciężarne kobiety. W zamian za pracę przy dzieciach mogą mieszkać w sierocińcu. Właściciel domu, Tong Phuoc Phuc, został pochwalony przez premiera kraju za pracę na rzecz najsłabszych. Dzięki ukrytym kamerom autorzy ukazują ciemną stronę działalności placówki. Okazuje się bowiem, że dzieci są tu bite, poniżane i zastraszane.
